We process personal data of our members and interested parties exclusively for association purposes, in particular:
  • Management of membership
  • Organisation of events
  • Communication with members
  • Collection of membership contributions

In particular, we process the following data:
  • Surname and first name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number (if provided)
  • Bank details (for contribution collection)
 
4. Legal bases
The processing is carried out on the basis of:
  • Article 6(3) 1 lit. b GDPR (contract / membership)
  • Article 6(3) 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent, e.g. for photos or newsletters)
  • Article 6(3) 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest of the association)
 
5. Disclosure of data
Your data will only be passed on if this is necessary, e.g.:
  • to banks for the collection of membership contributions
A further transfer does not take place.
 
6. Storage time
We only store personal data for as long as this is necessary for the purposes of the association.
After termination of the membership, the data will be deleted taking into account statutory retention periods.

You have the right to:
  • Information about your stored data
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data
  • Restriction of processing
  • Objection to processing
  • Data portability
You can submit complaints to a data protection supervisory authority.
 
8. Photos and events
At our events, photos can be taken that are used for association work (e.g. website, social media).
Publication shall only take place with appropriate consent.
